Als Customer Care Specialist bist du die Stimme von Cloover gegenüber Endkunden und Installationspartnern: lösungsorientiert, klar, und nah genug an internen Prozessen, um wirklich helfen zu können.

Diese Rolle ist nicht nur Support. Du erkennst Muster, verbesserst Abläufe, und hilfst dabei, den Customer Care von Grund auf zu skalieren.

Du berichtest an Head of Energy & Operations und arbeitest eng mit Sales, Product und Finance zusammen
